Getting Started

Is PointVoyager free to use?

Yes — you can search and track Virgin Atlantic reward availability for free. No subscription required to start.

Which airlines are supported?

We currently support Virgin Atlantic Flying Club redemptions. More programs will be added over time.

Do I need a Virgin Flying Club account?

No — you can use PointVoyager without logging into Virgin. When you're ready to book, you'll complete the booking on Virgin Atlantic's site with your Flying Club account.

Can I see results without creating an account?

Yes — you can run a search and view results without signing up. Create a free account when you want to save a search and get alerts.

Alerts & Tracking

How do I get alerts?

Visit the Alerts page. Run a search, select your dates, set your target points, then save it. We’ll email you if the points price drops to your target or below. You can manage saved searches on the My Alerts page.

How often do you check flights?

We check daily and automatically notify you when there’s a match.

When are alert emails sent?

We send alert emails at 6:00am each morning so you have the latest deals ready to book when you wake up.

How often is data refreshed on the site?

Availability and points data on the site is refreshed roughly every 4 hours.

Can I track Upper Class (business) awards?

Yes — PointVoyager tracks all cabins offered for Virgin Atlantic reward seats, including Economy, Premium and Upper Class.

Do you track both one‑way and return trips?

Yes — search one‑way or return, and save whichever you want us to monitor.

Can I explore destinations by points?

Yes — try Where can I fly? to see destinations you can reach from your departure with your points budget.

Data & History

What is “points history”?

We store historical points data for your routes so you can see how award prices move over time. This helps you decide what’s a good deal before you book.

How far back does your data go?

We started recording history in August 2025. Once we reach July 2026, we’ll show all history from the day flights are released.

What time is points history captured each day?

History snapshots record the points required at around midday each day.

How do I create an account?

Use the Register link in the header, or you’ll be prompted to sign up the first time you save a search. It takes seconds.

How do I delete my account or data?

Contact us from the email you used to register and we’ll remove your account and associated data.
