• You are responsible for your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Subscriptions & billing (if applicable)

Plan features, pricing, and billing cycles are shown at checkout. Unless canceled, subscriptions renew automatically. Refunds, if any, are provided as stated at purchase or as required by law.

4. Intellectual property

The Service (including design, software, content, trademarks, and logos) is owned by PointVoyager or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

5. Third-party services

The Service may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, or suitability for a particular purpose. Availability and pricing data may change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PointVoyager and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of £100 or the amount paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold PointVoyager and its affiliates harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, UK.
